After the first couple of days Maisy settled down well with her foster family and blossomed into a cheeky, confident and adventurous girl. She's affectionate and keen to be part of the family; she shares her love around, rubbing against legs and ""booping"" heads. She will sleep on everyone's beds. Maisy readily approaches her humans and interacts when she's in the mood. Although she is not hugely fond of being picked up, she will tolerate the family kids (11 and 13) handling her a little.
Maisy is not a fan of the family dogs, who are overly interested in their house guest!! Perhaps with a gradual introduction she could live with an older dog that doesn't approach her, or she would happily be the only pet in your home.
Maisy is still very kitten-like, so super playful. She does like to be under foot when she wants attention, so may not suit a home with seniors. She often initiates games of chase, hide and seek and play stalking, and likes throwing her toys around. She's very engaging, always looking for something new to do. She likes to scratch so will need a couple of scratch posts, and she loves jumping on your toes through the bed covers, so as you can see, Maisy will suit a family looking for a cat with purr-sonality plus! She would probably suit a family with older kids (who can play with her responsibly).
Maisy has had a few litter box accidents but we hope this will settle once she's settled in her own home and got into a routine.
If you like a bit of chaos in your life then perhaps this cutie is for you!!
