I am an enthusiastic young lady looking for a family to call my own. Unfortunately, I found myself at Lort Smith when my previous carer could no longer give me the time that I need.

I am your typical beagle so my ideal handler is one who have experience or understand my breed. I am affectionate but will also need plenty of mental stimulation where I have an outlet to express my natural sniffing instincts. I will also need to work on building my confidence as I can be a little unsure at times, particularly around other dogs that are a little more boisterous than I am.

I have mild hip dysplasia, at this stage I do not need any medical intervention however in the future I may need medication to make me comfortable. The staff here at the Adoption Centre will be more than happy to explain this is detail.
