About Oskar
Oskar is a plucky, affectionate, active, playful, intelligent, and confident little guy.
He is dog-friendly kid and cat friendly.
He has good manners, sleeps quietly through the night, is (almost) toilet-trained and enjoys learning new tricks. He has always been an inside, with the humans boy and isn’t about to change his ways!
He likes to be where the action is and is a very busy little dog. He will need an interesting and fun life to keep him happy. Someone who wants to do agility, run, bike or hike with him and commit to keeping his mind and body occupied!
He is super intelligent and learns what works for him (earns him treats or attention or things that may not please the humans but benefits him), extra quickly, so he needs a human who is switched on, understands the use of positive reinforcement, and matches him in personality. Kelpie experience is a must.
He loves a game with the people and is very loyal.
He will have lots of energy once grown! Loves to play with other dogs and will show off how fast he is by doing victory lap zoomies in the garden.
He is an absolute cracker and will make the right human/family a great friend.
If I sound perfect for you, please complete the short adoption application form in the attached link, please note this is the only way your application will be considered: https://homelesshounds.com.au/adopt/dogs
Medical notes
Given his age, Oskar has received ⅔ vaccinations, is desexed, microchipped and treated for parasites.
He is in perfect health.
