About Ergo
Welcome to the life of Ergo.
Ergo is a sensitive and caring furry friend. He's already hardwired to be a great listener (in case you missed his ginormously adorable ears!) All he needs is really good company with humans who can spend more time with him and let him shower his affection on you.
Ergo likes to sit by the window and watch the birds when he isn't eating or napping. He's rather passionate about strings and elastic hair ties and can keep himself entertained with those. But he loves to be held more than anything else and wouldn't say no to a good cuddle!
An altruistic kitty, if you offer your hand to him when he's cleaning himself, he will generously clean you too! He also likes to play fetch with his humans and bring his favourite toy to you.
Ergo is mostly an indoor cat but doesn't mind exploring if it's a quieter neighbourhood with fewer cars.
Ergo's ideal home would be with a family who can spend more time with him and keep a watchful eye on his eating habits to ensure that he doesn't get overweight. It would be ideal if he has some amount of outdoor access (on a leash). He will really benefit from some stability and a human who can keep up with his vet visits and treatments.

Ergo has experienced urinary blockage twice this year, likely due to stress, but is so far going well on his Hill C/D food.
Ergo may have mild separation anxiety, but it wasn't severe enough to be clinically diagnosed. He is sometimes given Zylkene to manage his stress and also has a feliway diffuser at home.

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
