About Bert and Chuck
*In foster care in Rodd Point, Sydney*

Bert and Chuck were found covered in soot and dirt - their foster carers thought they were both grey, but after a few baths realised there was some white in there too! Bert was therefore named after the chimney sweep in Mary Poppins, and Chuck was shortened from charcoal :) Both are gorgeous girls!
Initially very timid and hissy after their early weeks on the street, both kittens are now super-smoochy, playful and delighted by the comforts of housecat life!
Like all Maggie's pets, Bert and Chuck are microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

OUR IDEAL HOME: Being fostered in a home with two young children, a dog and adult cats, we'll fit in practically anywhere! At the moments we're typical playful kittens - very bonded to each other, and always to be found asleep together in a pile after our zoomie sessions :)
OUR ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten!
OUR SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: We've become very comfortable with the children in our foster home!
OUR SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Obviously we adore each other, and we've also had play sessions with other kittens and there's never been any hissing! We've seen adult cats through mesh and glass and have spent time in the same room as a cavoodle :)

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
