About Daisy
Beautiful Daisy found her way into care with Little Paws after being surrendered to the pound with her sister Maisie, two stunning British Shorthair cats now looking for their forever homes. She is a little timid until she gets to know you, but she has the most loving gentle nature, we know the families who adopt these girls will welcome lovely new family members into their homes. Daisy is only two years old so still a very young cat and is looking for a quiet home where she will get all the love and attention she deserves.
British shorthair cats are one of the oldest recognized cat breeds, first thought to have been brought to Britain by the Romans. Prized for their soft, plush coats and rounded bodies, British shorthairs could almost be mistaken for living teddy bears. While some cats get a reputation for being high-strung and jumpy, the British Shorthair is anything but. If you’re looking for a best buddy who stays calm as a cucumber and won’t do much pestering, this might just be the feline for you.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
