Arturo is that magic combination of qualities anyone could wish for in a kitten – he is confident, super loving and affectionate, chatty, intelligent and playful.
This boy oozes charm. It is impossible not to fall in love with him right away because that is what he does to every person he meets. Arturo, which means Bear, is immediately trusting and loving to every person he greets.
Arturo comes from a litter of five kittens that arrived into our care with mumma Olive. The kittens were just days old. And right from the start Arturo was hitting and exceeding his kitten milestones – he was first to open his eyes, first to start exploring away from mum and first to climb up on a human to seek love.
Fast-forward to today and Arturo is a whirlwind of beautiful tabby, tearing up and down the house. He is a happy boy who loves to run, jump and play with his siblings, with a person/people, young cats or a cat-friendly dog. His love literally knows no bounds.
Arturo has a big purr for a little guy, and he uses it all the time. He has a joyous outlook on life that is so adorable. He is an optimist of the highest order. Every day is a good day.
Arturo also has the most amazing dark tabby and white colouring. He has lovely swirls of colour all over him and the cutest little white markings under his chin and down his chest.
Arturo thrives in company, so he needs a big family with lots of people who are around a fair bit or another young cat/kitten or small, cat-friendly dog with a single person or couple. He would not do well being an only cat who is left alone for long periods of time. This would make him sad.
Arturo has perfect house manners, is well litter trained. He really is the whole package and he will bring so much joy to whoever opens their hearts and home to him. He makes a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
