About Brandy - 6 Week Old Jack Russell(On Hold 24/11/22)
Beautiful Brandy was born in our foster care with her 3 big brothers. She is very competitive, loves to play rough and tumble with her siblings and thoroughly enjoys being outside exploring, playing, investigating, and testing the boundaries. She is super sweet, happy, bubbly and very inquisitive. She loves to follow you around and be under your feet watching and learning about EVERYTHING you’re doing.
She is very smart and a quick learner, Brandy will need a family who has time to provide lots of mental stimulation and challenging activities to keep her mind busy and happy.
She also loves affection and attention, being around her foster family and having plenty cuddle time which is very important to her.
Brandy needs an active family who are home often as she doesn’t like being left alone for long periods of time. As she loves company and loves being around humans, she would need to be welcomed inside when the family are home and be involved in her new family’s life. She very much would love kids to grow with, who will be respectful of her puppy needs.
Exercise- with having two intelligent and busy breeds mixed into one Brandy is going to need a lot of mental and physical stimulation and lots of walking. She is small and cute now but please keep in mind she will grow bigger and will require a decent amount of time, attention, and training. She will need a fully fenced in yard with plenty of room to run.
Sleep - She sleeps with her siblings in a pen in the loungeroom all snuggled up together.
Food - She is not fussy about food, likes nearly everything including all meats cut up finely, treats and a bone or two to gnarl on.
Toilet – She is still working on it; she uses the opened doggy door regularly so she can come and go as she needs too. If you do not have a doggy door, I strongly advise to put one in to save unwanted accidents.
Brandy is microchipped and has had her first vaccination. She is not yet desexed and will need to be in 5 months’ time with proof of sterilization.
Not available for interstate adoption sorry.
