About Gill
Gorgeous Gill is still waiting for his forever home to come and sweep him off his paws, and we have to say, he has been such a patient boy. Gill and his brother Sheldon have been in the shelter for a number of months without much interest.
The most amazing thing about Gill is how much he loves other dogs! Gill has a great play style, approaches dogs nicely and loves a good rough and tumble. Gill's had a little holiday away from the shelter in a foster home, with a great couple and bestest canine friend Harry. He has been living his best life, chewing on toys, laying on the lounge, playing tug and getting all the love and affection he deserves. He thrives having another dog in the home with him, it makes him feel happier and more comfortable as he can sometimes be wary of new people that he doesn't know.
Gill needs to go to a home with another social canine, and he would adore being in a space big enough to claim as his own. A backyard is a must, as is daily exercise, lots of toys and enrichment and of course love and cuddles from his owners. Gill would be best in a home with a couple or adults that have kids in their teenage years or older. Gill is food motivated and would excel with further training, especially as he is still a young lad that loves to learn!
Whilst he loves his foster home to bits, we're so excited for this gentlemen to finally meet the family of his dreams. If you're looking for another dog to add to your household, please consider Gill.
