ABOUT THEBE

Thebe was the last born of her litter and the smallest of her siblings. She is very playful and will often be seen pouncing on her brothers and sister. Thebe will run over to you when you enter the room. She will even sit by your feet when you're cooking dinner. She will also sit patiently and look up at you to let you know she'd like you to pick her up for cuddles. When you do, the purring will begin instantly, however Thebe loves short cuddles and will let you know when she is ready to get down. She will also climb up next to you and curl up and sleep by your side. If you have other loving and gentle pets she will get along well with them. Thebe is definitely a heartbreaker.

MEDICAL NOTES:

Although my ears are very cute; this is a genetic mutation that affects the development of cartilage in my body.
This is known as osteochondrodysplasia - a general term for a disorder of the development of bone and cartilage. These bone and cartilage abnormalities lead to severe and painful arthritis. All Scottish Fold cats suffer from variable degrees of painful degenerative joint disease.

It is highly recommended to research my breed and what the future holds for me due to these genetic traits before adoption. I am more than just a cute little kitten and have a whole life ahead of me, it is important that my new family understands my needs and how best to care for me.
