** We know with the holidays upon us it can be a difficult time to bring a new cat into your home but if you are interested in adopting one of our crew please feel free to reach out as we do offer cat sitting services and may be able to hold or reserve the cat for you depending on the circumstances **

This handsome little fella is Parker and he's on the lookout for his new forever home with a special human.

Parker is a rescue cat who was saved from pretty horrible conditions when living on the street. He's now got a real chance at living a happy and healthy life.

He has actually been living with humans for the past 8 months or so but unfortunately his previous owner has had a change of living circumstances and can no longer look after him.

As a former street cat Parker can be very shy around humans at first and can take a little while to warm up to you. He will take a bit of love, patience and time to come out of his shell but once he finally begins to trust you he will be all about the pats and the purrs.

Parker is not quite ready to be a lap cat just yet but hes more than happy to sit next to you and have a pat and will come say hello and rub up against you when you get home from work.

He's happy to be picked up and cuddled, loves a belly rub, is happy to run around and play and will crave your attention once he gets to know you.

He loves to sit in the window and watch the world go by but will run and hide if someone he does not know walks into the front yard.

This beautiful little fella has a heart of gold and needs a special human who's patient and willing to give Parker the time he needs to build his confidence and come out of his shell. He would be well suited to a nice quiet environment.

Parker is approximately 12 months old and has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is available for adoption right meow.

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with a shop front and multiple staff, it a is a very small, one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. All donations received and every cent from adoptions fees goes straight back to the cats in the form of food, litter, toys and vet bills. Meet and greets are by appointment only.
