Stella is a cheerful and playful girl who loves spending time with people. She'll happily join you on outings, chill out on the couch and even snuggle up in bed with you if you let her.

Stella brings so much joy to the home with a happy disposition and friendly nature. She's currently a mostly indoor dog who uses a doggy door to go outside to toilet and play. She has energy to burn so Stella is best suited to an active family who can ensure she gets adequate exercise. She travels well in the car and adapts easily to new experiences. She's not scared by storms or fireworks but will let you know if someone is approaching the front door.

Stella is dog friendly, currently living with a medium and large dog in her foster home. She walks well on a lead but can get excited meeting new dogs so may bark a greeting.

Her favourite toys are large plush, tug-of-war games and Kong toys, especially filled with treats - these help to keep her entertained while you're away from home.

Stella is the queen of zoomies and can run really fast. A decent sized yard would be best as she absolutely loves to zoom to burn her energy before coming back inside for a snooze.

Stella is an intelligent girl who is food motivated and responds enthusiastically to training. She can sometimes jump up when meeting new people (or onto furniture) but is undergoing training to correct this. It would be beneficial if her new family could continue her training to perfect her manners.

Stella is currently living with children aged 10+ and has been fine meeting younger children, however older children are probably best.

Stella is affectionate and loving so thrives in a home with people who will spend time with her. She's low maintenance, with a short coat, unique markings, minimal shedding and not smelly, so a great house companion.
