Moose

I'm a big, goofy playful boy who is looking for an owner who can shower me with affection. I have so much love to give in return!

Oh yes, I nearly forgot, they call me Moose. I really like being around humans and being indoors with my new humans is ideal for me.

I'm also called the cuddle monster and I would love nothing more than to lay by your side as you sit and watch tv or read a book. Maybe you can read to me, I would really like that!

Just like a Moose in the wild, I can clear quite high fences. So, to keep me safe I will need to be kept indoors when you're out and about. I do need to be supervised when out in the yard and if you're home a lot of the time, we will be best mates! I do like lots of enrichment and chew toys like a bone, wobbler, food puzzles, etc to keep me busy when you're not home.

The lovely staff and volunteers here have been working on my alone time at the shelter and they told me I was a good boy and that I settle quite well indoors after about 20mins... you'll find me sleeping at the door!

I have the most beautiful 'sit' and adore my treats. I'm great at knowing when to get on my bed and am learning lots!

If you already have a four-legged friend at home, I'd love to meet them to make sure we're a match. I'm a social butterfly with other dogs... just hopefully they know I may be big, but I have a heart of gold.
