About Sebastian
*In foster care in Summer Hill, Sydney*
After four months in a street cat colony, gorgeous lad Sebastian is quickly getting the hang of domestic life! He's come to learn that humans can be friends, but fellow cats are besties :)
This lovely boy is an introvert at heart, so while he definitely loves a good chin scratch and plenty of pats, he does value some alone time during the day. Don't be fooled by his 'resting grumpy face' - he's purrfectly charming in every way!
Sebastian (Seb for short in his foster home) Ioves toys of all types, but be warned - if they end up under the couch, he'll probably steal your clothes to play with. He might be small but his ability to drag pyjama pants around an apartment is unmatched! He's also recently learnt a new trick: high-fiving his humans on demand (as long as a treat is forthcoming)! He really is a clever little dude.
Like all Maggie's pets, Sebastian is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have at least one other cat (preferably a playful one)! My forever family will need to be patient and caring, as I can take a while to come out of my shell - but I'm a sweetheart when I do, and I promise it'll all be worth it!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I spend most of the day sleeping and split the remaining time between eating and playing. I especially love doing zoomies through tunnels or chasing my feline foster friends!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm not ready for a home with kids unfortunately, as I can be skittish with quick movements and loud noises.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I definitely need a feline sibling to cuddle and play with! I pretty much adore all cats, however some cats don't like to roughhouse so I might not be the right match for them.
Dogs scare me, so no dogs in my new home please!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
