Hi there! 👋

My name is Joey, I'm a 15-month-old gentle natured border collie. 🐕 Foster mum just loves me and knows you will too.

I'm looking for an active family, preferably with another doggy friend for company or a home that can ensure I have daily socialisation with other dog buddies. I love humans and dogs alike. I'm good with kids.🥳

I am currently learning my basic manners. I am very food motivated and learn quickly. I sit and wait for my food, come when called. I've been learning my leash manners and am doing well. Not that I really need a leash. I tend to stick to foster mums side like glue when we are out & about. I'm house trained and currently sleep in my crate through the night. You won't hear a peep out of me until I let you know it's pee time in the morning.

I live with cats, and know they have sharp claws, so I give those kitties a wide berth. I'm living with chickens, but haven't been tested with them free range. So far, I ignore them completely.

I'm looking for a family that will involve me in their everyday lives. A family that can ensure I remain a happy boy by ensuring I get the ongoing exercise, training and mental stimulation I need.
