Hello friends! My name is Huey and I'm mighty please to meet you!

I'm a lovely big boy and my friends at the shelter say I look like a wolf but really I'm a German Shepherd Cross Husky! I came into the shelter after being surrendered by my previous family who had no time for me. I've now had my surgeries done and am ready to find my forever home.

I lived with another dog in the past so might be suitable to live with one in the future, pending a successful meet and greet. I've only recently been desexed so I do prefer the company of female dogs but am open to the idea of living with a boy in the future.

Because I'm a big strong boy I'd be best with a family with kids who are secondary aged or above and the shelter has no knowledge of how I might be with cats so any introductions must be very carefully managed by my adopters.
