Hi everyone, my name’s Skye. I’m a sweet little puppy that recently turned 1 in Feb!
I’m a great dog with some basic foundations down packed; all I need is a new owner to love and create plenty of memories with. Because I’m still a puppy, I have lots of energy, so I’ll need a new home that can provide me with lots of exercise and stimulation. I could be your jogging buddy, or we can just go for a walk and do some training, this will help work my mind and body.
I would really benefit from continued basic obedience, it will assist me in being a happy and fulfilled member of your family. Sometimes I jump up, but this can be easily worked on with training.
I love all toys, especially tennis balls and my idea of the perfect afternoon would be kicking back with my new fam, and chasing a tennis ball. I’ve met some dogs here and I find them interesting, so I am open to meet your dog if you have one already!
I’m a super quick learner and love treats, I’m affectionate and will climb into your lap for cuddles. Sometimes I will paw at you if the pats stop, but that’s just my quirky little habit and my way of saying I love being around you!
Are you in need of a cuddle buddy with contagious fun-loving energy, then I'm your girl!

Medical notes
When one of our pets finds a new home, our team then book into the Council's contracted vet for them to be desexed (the next business day typically). We will transport your new furry family member to our vet for desexing in the morning. In the afternoon, you can then collect your furry friend from the vet following their procedure.
Adoption details
**All pets' adoption fees are half-price during March**
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
