About Kenny - 4 Month Old Rotti (On Trial 24/11/22)
Meet Kenny (Rogers), if you want a dog that will love you unconditionally Kenny is your man. He ’s a 4 month old Rotti x Red Cattle pup, who’s learning to play ball and loves everyone he’s met. He’s mostly toilet trained and just needs a few regular reminders to stay accident free.
Kenny is used to sleeping with his sister and playing with his foster sisters. He enjoys their company and would be best suited to a home with another dog to hang with.
His perfect home will have lots of love and cuddles available. Although he is gentle, if there are children in the family they need to be ok with a dog that may jump while he’s young and learning. He will need continual training and opportunity to explore the world to ensure he grows to be a well mannered young man.
Although he sleeps with his sister in the crate, he loves the idea of sleeping in the bed with humans. He will need 5 foot fences and no rural fencing. He currently lives with chickens that are in a pen and hasn’t tried to dig or jump into the pen.
For more information or to meet Kenny please contact his foster carer on their email donaldsondoggos@gmail.com. Kenny is in foster care in Ashtonfield, NSW and is available for adoption in the Hunter.
Kenny’s adoption fee is $700, he is vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped. He will need desexing at 6 months and therefore is only available for local Hunter adoptions. If you think you would like to adopt Kenny Rogers please complete the adoption enquiry form https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
PLEASE NOTE: When applying for our dogs and puppies, please ensure you list the name of the dog that you wish to adopt. Please do NOT just list the reference
number or the microchip number as this will delay your application reaching the
correct foster carer.
Medical notes
As Kenny is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a DRN - approved Vet for desexing when he is approximately 5/6 months old. Please no out of area applications.
