About Bear
Bears doggy social skills are a work in progress; he will be best as a single dog, with a sensible owner who can make sure he is interacting with appropriate dogs, in controlled and calm ways, so he isn’t offending any canines with his social faux pas and is continuing to build skills in this area. Bear loves his toys, and is a playful boy; he is quite happy to have a bit of a chase after and a game, and also parade his toys around solo as well. Bear is not a slow strolling kind of boy- he likes his walks to be brisk and with purpose, and he is still learning about it being more a “team activity” than just all about him and where he would like to go. Bear is a curious boy, and that tends to outweigh any hesitation or worry he might feel about most new things, as he is just super keen to check stuff out and see if it is fun. He also seems to have a pretty good independent side considering his young age, and is generally happy to head off and do his own thing. He is easily excited, and doesn’t always have much awareness of his size or personal space of other living things, but isn’t always go go go; when things are calm and he is settled, he is quite content to just do some casual mooching around.
