Beauty by name and Beauty by nature!
Beauty is a 6 year old female Foxie x. This sweet little girl would make the best companion to someone who has plenty of love to give and a lap to sit on.
Although a little nervous at first, it doesn't take long for Beautys personality to come out. She is a happy loving girl who adores people and just watching what you're up to. She has come from a home with older owners who were with her 24/7. Beauty enjoys going for a walk (she does pull a bit when you first get going) and has been a pleasure to transport in the van for vet visits etc.
From our observations in care, it seems Beauty is housetrained although this is something we can not guarantee. Beauty has barked/gotten annoyed a bit at the puppy who is next to her in care (he is super playful) but seems to tolerate other dogs she has come across (while on a lead). She has had mixed reactions with cats (has barked at some and not at others) and not sure if she would chase if given the chance. We are not sure what Beauty is like around children so suggest a home with older kids is best suited.

Medical notes
Beauty was noted to have a Grade 2/3 dental with moderate gingivitis. A dental was performed with three extractions and a polish and clean on the remaining teeth. Beauty will require 6 monthly dental checks and would benefit from prescription dental food such as Hills t/d.
Beauty passed everything else on her medical exam.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
