Hi! My name's Alby and I'm an old man who is looking for my new retirement home. I just want the kids to stay off my lawn so that I can sit on my favourite chair and read the newspaper in peace. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love having company! In fact, I would love for my new owner to be home often! I would love for you to join me in my daily activities of sleeping and relaxing. I'm more than happy to watch the house for you while you're gone so long as nothing too eventful happens. I have experienced enough excitement in my time and I've seen enough to suggest that I would prefer to be an only pet in my new home where I can have all the prime sleeping spots.
