Nina – 5 yo female miniature smooth Dachshund - red ~7.9 kgs

Nina is an active loving 5 yo miniature dachshund who just loves people – including kids. If she could have kids around her all day she would be in 7th heaven!

Not so keen on other larger dogs but generally gets on very well with other dachshunds.  Nina is very much an indoor dog but does like to get out and explore a yard. However, she does have a strong prey drive when it comes to wildlife - ie toads, possums, rats etc.
Not tested around cats.

Nina will best be suited to a family with an existing non-dominate dachshund or small breed dog. Nina doesn’t appear to have major issues with separation anxiety. The company of another compatible dog should be sufficient. She loves to cuddle with people on the couch and the big bed if allowed. 

Nina does not walk well on a lead and requires the use of a harness (supplied). Nina has reasonably good off-lead recall but occasionally shows signs of typical dachshund stubbornness.  Nina has reasonable toilet training provided she has convenient access to the outside. 

Nina is desexed and up to date with vaccinations inc Heart Worm yearly injection, and flea/tick treatment and is in good overall health. Nina is Fully vet checked as per our Policy
