About Steele Silverado
Meet Steele Silverado! An 8-month-old kelpie x huntaway, boy who is an affectionate, goofy and happy-go-lucky guy who is destined for great things with a name like that!
This gorgeous boy has a beautiful sweet nature, and has been such fun to have in foster care.
Steele is toilet trained and while in care has learned to sit, walk on lead, and has great inside manners for a pup. He also travels very well in the car!
He is a playful pup who enjoys games such as tug and the flirt pole. Steele enjoys his training each day (or is it the treats?!), and is looking for a family who will commit to this ongoing so he can be the best pup he can be! Once Steele has his mental and physical needs met, he does have a great off-switch and is happy to sleep close to his foster mum while she works from home.
Steele loves to be around his humans and, loves receiving pats and cuddles. He has been living with a 7 year old hooman who he considers his best pal and he is quite gentle considering his age and size.
Steele is looking for humans, who will include him in their adventures, allow him inside as part of the family, and continue his training.
You may need to be good at hiding your socks, shoes, and other belongings, which he sometimes steals and keeps in his bed, though he doesn't tend to destroy anything! Steele would be suited to a home with an older, friendly, and tolerant dog who is happy to live with an enthusiastic and at times cheeky pup or could be in an only dog home with a family who is home more often than not.
So, if you need more cuddles, laughter, and goofiness (and maybe fewer socks, shoes, and pencils) in your life, send us an application.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
