About Mercury
Hi, I'm Mercury! I'm the last of the Rock 'N' Roll Crew available to meet!
I'm a little less boisterous than my brothers and quite prefer to hang back and watch them get up to mischief. None of that stuff for a princess like me! That's not to say I'm not adventurous and playful, I'd just much prefer to do my own thing.
I'm affectionate and loving and love getting pats from my foster carer. I'm a purry little thing and my foster carer says I have a beautiful nature. I'm good around my foster carer's dog and cat too!
My dream home is one where I can do my own thing and play with my toys and cuddle up to my human when I feel like it. I'm sure as I grow up I'll become a lap cat, I'm just too busy being a kitten right now to bother with that stuff!
Mercury has been:
- Tried with cats and is great with them
- Tried with a large breed cat-friendly dog and is great with them
- Untried with small children
***To be kept strictly indoors only or with access to a secure enclosure for her own safety and well-being***
Mercury is approximately 10 weeks old (DOB: 31/08/22) and her adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and worming treatments until date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys, and other goodies to get her started.
Mercury is available to meet ahead of her desexing appointment on the 15/11/22 at her foster carer's home in Warradale.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
