About Gypsy - Located in Brunswick East
Meow, humans! I heard you're on the lookout for the sweetest little lady around, and guess what? You've found her—yours truly, Gypsy! Now, let me tell you, I may be a bit kooky, but in the most entertaining way possible. You see, I have this little quirk where I enjoy wearing knitted tea cosies on my head. Stylish and eccentric, that's me!
But hey, don't worry, I'm not just a fashion-forward feline. I also happen to be fantastic with other cats or even on my own. So, whether you've got a whole gang of feline friends or you prefer the single life, I'm flexible like a rubber band.
Now, here's the deal: I need a home of my own to develop my confidence and feel the love. I may be a little kooky, but deep down, I'm just a lady looking for some tender affection. And let me tell you, once you shower me with love, I'll make your home an even more wonderful place.
Picture this: you're sitting in your living room, and suddenly you spot me strolling by, wearing a tea cosy on my head. It's the purrfect recipe for endless laughter and entertainment. I'll keep you entertained with my quirky antics, and trust me, there's never a dull moment with me around.
But there's more to me than just my fashion sense and playful nature. When I have a home to call my own, I'll blossom like a flower in the spring. My confidence will soar, and you'll witness the transformation of a shy little lady into a magnificent queen of the house.
So, if you're looking to add a touch of kookiness and a whole lot of love to your home, look no further. I'm your gal! With me by your side, life will be a hilarious adventure, filled with tea cosies, laughter, and lots of warm snuggles. So, let's make it official and embark on this crazy journey together. Adopt Gypsy, and prepare yourself for a lifetime of smiles and unforgettable moments. Get ready to fall head over tea cosy for me!

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
