🥛🥣 MEET MUESLI 🥣🥛

Hi there, I’m Muesli! I’m a big, boofy boy how had a rough start in life, but I’ve decided that this new life isn’t so bad after all!

Nature
I love snoozing and I have a few favourite spots - on the back of the couch or on the bed. I also love play fighting with my sister, Pikelet. We tear up and down the stairs when it’s zoomie time.

I will greet you when you get home from work and sprint straight to the couch for cuddles. I love strong pats and scritches, and I’ll give you a very determined ‘paw of more’ if you decide to stop too early. If you’re not giving me enough attention, I will make the cutest meow noise, to remind you I’m still here! When I’m not getting cuddles, I’m happy to snooze or watch out the window for birds.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I will probably be OK with older children who respect my personal space and give me cuddles and pats on my terms.

I would love to be in a home with a smaller female cat (ideally my own sister, Pikelet) because I am a big boy cat and I like to rule the roost.

I have grown up alongside two Greyhounds so I am familiar and confident with them. I know not to get too close, and I’m not spooked by the occasional "back-off" bark from my canine sister if I’m too inquisitive.

Likes / Dislikes
I adore tuna and vigorous scritches.

I dislike being picked up and prefer all four paws on the ground, although my foster carer is working on that with me and bribes help.

I’m not the greatest fan of strangers, but if they sit quietly for a while, I will come to investigate and let myself be patted for a moment if they insist.

My PURR-fect home would be with a smaller female cat, maybe my sister Pikelet? I’d be happy with chilled doggo friend too. I’d love a hooman who will dedicate at least one hour to patting me each day after work because I just adore it so much!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
