About Oskar
Oskar is a gentle older man who is great with everything. He likes other dogs and kids and has previously lived with an array of animals big and small.
He LOVES his walks and car rides and is crate trained. He currently sleeps inside, crated overnight.
He is a little overweight so is on a reduced calorie diet, this will need to continue in his new home.
He is a little stiff in the joints in his old age, our vet has recommended a 4 week round of Cartrophen injections to help with the joint stiffness which he is starting in care and we will cover this treatment through our vet when adopted.
His ideal home would be someone who can take him on a couple of walks a day and give him a comfy, warm bed and help him get the best out of life. He isn’t interested in toys or play but loves a good belly rub and getting out and about for a sniff.
Adoption details
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
Due to an anticipated high volume of applications the adoption process is outlined below:
1. You must complete our Adoption Application Form by following the link to our website: https://www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au/forms.html NOT THE PET RESCUE ENQUIRY BUTTON
2. Include as much information as possible and it is never a case of "first in best dressed" when we are choosing the most appropriate new home. Matching an animal with a family is based on lifestyle, family members, attitudes to pet ownership and the personality of the pet.
3. Due to the number of applications we receive all correspondence is through email and if your application is short listed we will either call you to discuss it further and possible invite you to a meet and greet.
