Caesar

Introducing CAESAR, one of five plump, placid and playful Australian Bulldog x Mastiff puppies from The Shakespeare Litter, born on 25 August 2022.

Caesar is a friendly, outgoing and charming little chappy. He loves human attention and gets on well with other dogs, big and small. He lives in a private foster home in Warwick, Queensland.

The Australian Bulldog is basically an English Bulldog, bred for Australian conditions. Medium-sized and muscular, they love being part of a family and are typically great with children and other household pets. Bulldogs do best in temperate climates and with their short hair are well suited to indoor living.

Mastiffs are large, good-natured and docile dogs, devoted to and protective of their family.

The Aussie Bulldog x Mastiff makes for a very affectionate and people-focused companion dog and is a good choice for large-dog lovers who enjoy having an indoor dog.

Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and/or there is another compatible dog for Romeo to play with. Previous large dog experience will be well regarded.

Due to his expected size at maturity, he is probably not a suitable playmate for very young children. As always, secure fencing is essential.

His adoption fee is $750. He is vaccinated and microchipped. He is also flea and worm-treated. His adoption fee includes desexing when age appropriate.
