Introducing an absolutely gorgeous bonded pair, Tilty and Winky (perhaps the least-inventive names in the world 😹)
All kitties are special but these babies are just that bit more unique.
Tilty sees life from a different perspective. She has just a little lean to the left, a permanent head tilt that we can't really explain but which doesn't cause her any problems. She also seems to have reduced hearing - so if she doesn't come when she's called she might really not have heard you, rather than just be ignoring you like most cats 😛
Winky has his full hearing but is lacking a little bit in vision. He has had chronic issues with his left eye including having a painful ulcer on his eye which is now healing.
We've had trouble getting to the bottom of his eye issues and we will be providing full support and covering initial vet costs so that his new family can continue accessing treatment. There is a possibility that he will lose his left eye, though we're hoping to avoid that.
Winky also has some chronic issues with his sinus associated with the eye, so he does tend to sneeze more than your average kitty.
Now that we've described some of their unique issues, let's talk purr-sonality.
They're both absolutely gorgeous. Winky is a big boy and he's a cuddle bug. He purrs nonstop and loves affection and attention. He also loves to play and explore and stretch out in the sun.
Tilty is a cute, quirky, charming kitten. She isn't big on cuddles but loves pats. She has lots of energy and just loves to play and jump and run.
They have lots of fun together playing and also snuggle together.
We're not sure how these two came to be together - Winky is around 10 months old and Tilty is more like 9 months and they came in to our care together with the help of the Merredin rangers.
But we do know they're inseparable.
They've now been in care for a whopping 205 days. It's wrong for kittens to grow up in limbo, waiting for their home.
We want to find them a real home and family to love and we want to do it as soon as possible.
Winky and Tilty can live with other pets, kids, whatever - they just want a family of their own.
Both are now desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
Please share these kitties far and wide so we can find their new home.

Oh and did we mention, Tilty is totally impossible to photograph and pulls the most hilarious faces. Pretty much sums her up 😁
