About Ryder
Ryder is an absolutely darling older gentleman who should never have come into rescue. He is perfect and will steal your heart. He is toilet trained, comes when called, really doesn’t bark. Is happy to follow you around and if you are busy he will nap.
Medical notes
Ryder has had boas surgery but will always be at risk of this condition. We would assume anyone applying for him would either have experience with the breed and/or researched this condition that affects every single pug.
He breathes exceptionally well after surgery but still needs to be monitored in hot weather and after exercise. He would do well being a lad of leisure with short strolls early morning or late evening. He still may require surgical, medical or environmental modification for the rest of his life.
His right eye has dry eye so requires some eye lubricant daily or weekly depending on the weather.
He has had a dental and is overall in great health for a lad of his age.

When you have seen your special new friend that you would like to meet, please email us and we will send an application to suitable parties. From the applications we will determine if it’s a suitable match and a meet and greet may be scheduled.
