Rocky - 4 Month Old Mastiff(On Trial 3/12/22)

My name is Rocky and I am 4 months old. I’m looking for my forever home and family that I could call my own. My carer says that I have a beautiful temperament and will make a perfect companion for the right family. She says I’m a gentle soul and have so much love to give to my new family. I have soft gentle eyes that would make you melt.

I haven’t had much experience with playing games as I am just a puppy but I love playing with my toys with the help of my carer and I have discovered how much fun it is. My carer has also discovered that I love playing in the water so if you live near the ocean or a river, I would be an ideal companion for you. My ideal family will also like walking, hiking and camping.

I love to be where ever my humans are and I love snuggling on the lounge with my carer who gives me lots of kisses an cuddles. I am a inside dog, I am house- trained and use a doggy door. I’m also crate trained. I will need ongoing toilet training. My carer has been teaching me to sit and I have that down pat. I love learning new things so my perfect family would want to continue training me with patience and lots of rewards.

I’ve been living with two other dogs and a cat and we all get along. My carer has trained me not to jump up on you but my puppy energy might be too much for a toddler who I might accidentally knock over with my exuberance so I would prefer no children under five years. If you have a 6 ft fencing and a lovely yard for me to run around in. I might be the perfect dog for you.

Rocky’s adoption fee is $700 and this includes his first two vaccinations as well as fleas and tick treatment and microchip. As Rocky is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a DRN - approved Vet for desexing when he is approximately 5/6 months old.
