Introducing Meredith! This beautiful girl is an extremely special cat and she has a very special story to go with her. Meredith came into foster care heavily pregnant and very unwell - despite all the trials and tributes she went through, she delivered three beautiful and healthy kittens and was the perfect mother. So much so, that she also took on a 12 hour old orphan kitten when her own kittens were four weeks old, raising him until he was old enough to be independent of her. Meredith's kittens have now grown up and found their forever homes, and we think its time for this gorgeous girl to do the same! Meredith absolutely loves human attention, and wants nothing more than a furever family that she can snuggle up with in bed at night or in front of the TV. Meredith also loves her toys - particularly anything that she can chase on a string or a scratch post she can climb. She has shown to be a very respectful young lady, and hasn't damaged the furniture in her foster home with her claws (although she is a cat and we cannot make promises).

Meredith would prefer to be an only pet, as she has shown to be quite stressed out by the adult cats and small dog in her foster home. Or, she needs a family that is willing to give her a VERY slow introduction to existing pets. However, once she became adjusted to her new family - she could easily be introduced to a kitten or another young pet. She is a beautifully natured girl and will just need the time to adjust. She is extremely patient with children, including the 21 month old toddler that she shares a home with. She loves pats, regardless of who they come form.

Meredith is a very easy going cat in terms of her need - she would suit either a family that works from home, or would happily wait for your return home from work at the end of the day. Meredith will be desexed, vaccinated and microchipped before going home to her forever family. Meredith is litter box trained.
