Wilma

Meet Wilma, a dog with a smile that big, it makes your heart skip a beat. This social butterfly loves being included in all that's happening as long as she's with you. Being a bit of a loyal cuddle bug, she greets everyone before saying hi to her four-legged friends. Wilma loves to love!

Wilma's favourite things are a car trip to the dog park and swimming. She's a water baby and would like to do this regularly during the warmer months. During downtime, she loves to lay next to your feet or in her dog bed with her toys. She'll connect with you by laying on her back for a belly rub, pats and cuddles. Whilst you're doing your things in the backyard, she shadows you around to keep a close eye on her favourite human (you!). Wilma is happy to chill in the yard if you're not home.

Unless being nearby a dog park, Wilma is great on the lead. She pulls a little initially on a walk but settles quickly, and she's housetrained. With her sensitive soul, she's a bit overwhelmed with big storms, windy days and whipper snippers, and she'd like to be inside with you in these situations. When a neighbour's dog barks or a stranger visits, she'll bark from excitement. This said, she's not a very noisy doggo.

Ideally, Wilma will go to a relaxed, adult-only household, where she can spend her time inside and has access outside. She'd be happy to have another compatible male friend with a gentle nature. Regretfully, Wilma's owner has to rehome her due to interstate work commitments.
