About Digger
Digger is very loving and enthusiastic. He has puppy energy and just wants to be around his people, getting belly rubs and kisses. He will do anything to please you!
He is a quick learner and is learning how great life is when included in family activities, like car rides, walks, and being inside. He has started to learn some basic commands and manners. Digger is enthusiastic about being included in everyday activities, he may need reminders to be calm and to settle, he is doing a great job learning this in his foster home, for example a reminder to sit and wait for pats from the children in the house. Digger can be a bit vocal when in the car and will need more training around this. Training will be important for Digger so that he can be immersed in the family’s life and not left on the sidelines. When he is out walking on the lead, he can be a bit shy when passing other people; he will stop and wait for them to pass before continuing on his merry way, training in a group class would help with this. He is an active dog looking for an active family. To help with his energy levels another desexed dog of similar size and energy levels to play with is a must. He does forget his size when playing, because don’t forget he is enthusiastic, so his playmate needs to enjoy a good romp. A good sized backyard is also a must. Digger is well on his way to being toilet trained when he is given the opportunity to go outside every couple of hours.
Digger just needs to be shown the way and is happy to copy another well-adjusted dog. He needs training and to be given new experiences, and with patience he will be a wonderful family dog. Just don't forget to rub his belly!

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
