About Gus
ADOPTION GUIDELINES
QUIET HOUSEHOLD / OLDER OR NO CHILDREN / WEIGHT CONTROL REQUIRED ONGOING
Gus found his way to the RSPCA as his family moved to Northern Australia and did not think Gus would suit the climate or their new lifestyle.
This boy is an absolute character. Currently weighing in at 46kg Gus is on a weight control program and is becoming more mobile as he sheds his excess 'love'.
Gus will be a really, really loyal companion once he connects with you. This fun-loving guy will be your best mate. Gus also has some lovely play skill well tennis ball in particular, he could chase that ball all day if you let him.
Gus has a Big 'go-away-from-my-place' bark, but he is otherwise friendly and outgoing.
Gus will certainly let you know if strangers arrive at your home with his Big Dog Bark. Gus does, however, warm to visitors given the space and right invitation.
The adoption fee for GUS is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew.
