About Pearl
Pearl is approximately a 3 year old Kelpie and is the most affectionate dog you will ever meet. She'd love to spend the whole day going anywhere you are. When she's inside she wants to be as close to you as possible for cuddles and pats. She'll even try and sneak in some morning cuddles with you in bed. Pearl must be allowed indoors to spend quality time with her family.
Her perfect family will have a large yard/property for her zoomies and an endless supply of tennis balls for fetch. She will bring you a ball anytime you are outside with her. Pearl is a typical working dog breed, highly intelligent and has high energy needs. Shes currently enjoying a morning walk each day and is fantastic on lead. Lots of exercise as well as outings and mental stimulation will be needed. She also enjoys playing with her doggy friends and being in their company in her foster home. Pearl will be best matched to a home with a desexed, active, playful male dog companion.
She does have rounding instincts so we'd recommend a home without livestock. Not tested with cats.
Pearl is in a foster home with 2 young children and she is fantastic with them so she would suit a home with young children as long as they're old enough to be gentle and they know how to be respectful to animals.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
