About Nala
Hi I’m Nala, I am a gorgeous 5 year and 8 month old French Bulldog x
Are you looking for a best friend – someone that is happy to hang around her humans and be by your side thru the day helping you do your chores or watching tv.
Nala is happy to be on her own while you are out and will greet you with excitement when you return home. She can be nervous meeting new people but just needs a chance to be comfortable and once she is comfortable with you her personality really comes out.
Nala loves to play with toys – she will fetch and then run around the yard with her toy. Her foster mum is working on teaching the return and drop part! (Secretly we think Nala knows how to do this but it’s more fun playing her way.
Nala loves playing tug-of-war so would love a human is just as keen to do this with her.
Nala is dog reactive so will need to go to an only dog home – she more than makes up for this with her cuddles and love to her humans.
Nala is very well behaved but has been known to jump up to someone who is tall (adults) this is something we are working on as well, but she is great with small children and doesn’t seem to need to do this with them.
Nala loves to cuddle and curl up with you while you are watching tv – if your happy to give her your lap she is one very happy Frenchie x.
Nala does enjoy sleeping in her crate inside the house – she is very well behaved and enjoys that quiet time while her humans sleep.
Nala does love getting out and about for a good walk and is learning to walk well on a lead. As she is reactive her new owners will need to be mindful of this when walking and continue to work with her.
Nala's foster mum has said no to cats.
Nala would love a home where she can be allowed to settle in and get comfortable - her love is so worth it!
If you think you could make me part of your family & are interested in applying to adopt me, please send thru an adoption application.

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
