Bouncer

Bouncer is a big, energetic young man who’s looking for his forever family!
Quite aptly named, this boy can be very bouncy when he gets excited, but soon calms down and turns into a big cuddle-bug. He loves to lean into your legs for a good pat or lay across your lap for cuddles and a nap.
Bouncer is a delight to walk and is happy to say hello to dogs in his travels. He does need to be the only dog in the household at the moment, as although he is friendly, he still needs to gain some positive experience interacting with other dogs.
He would do best in a household with children aged 15 and over due to his bounciness. He would also really benefit from going to obedience classes or participating in training with his new family just to give him a good foundation of obedience, and to help he and his new owners get to know each other.
Likely due to being in the shelter, Bouncer has picked up a bit of reactivity when behind a fence, and tends to enjoy putting on a bit of a performance when people or doggos go past. It is recommended that his new owners continue to work on this with him, and that they have solid fencing.
