About Boris
*In foster care in Crows Nest, Sydney*
Independent and serene, Boris can't wait to join your active family! He likes people of all ages and sizes, and has already had lots of 'real world' experience in his foster home so is comfortable with traffic, noise and other features of urban living.
Boris is happy to chill on his bed and doesn't seek constant attention from his humans, so he's very restful company :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Boris is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be fairly calm and quiet, with plenty of time to take me on long walks, park runs, trips to the beach - basically everywhere you go for fun! I could live happily with or without children, and as your only dog or one of many.
Owners who have experience with working breeds, specifically farm dogs, would be best for me, and you'll need to have a soft, patient nature. I'm not the sort of dog who needs a firm handler - quite the opposite, in fact.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! I'm already a very active boy, and as my puppyhood continues that's only likely to ramp up! My breed is known for needing lots of exercise so an outdoorsy sort of family who'll take me on lots of adventures is a must :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think I'd make an amazing family pet!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I wouldn't mind meeting your resident dogs or cats and seeing if we get along!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
