Introducing Bacilicious. This gorgeous boy is a bundle of pure joy. He loves to play with his toys, especially tug-of-war with his doggy friends. Bacilicious is a very friendly pup and enjoys the company of other dogs. He has been living with 2 high energy dogs and loves nothing more than running around the back yard with them. Bacilicious would love a compatible playful resident dog in his new home, someone who can keep up with his energy and love of play. He has also shared the house with 3 cats who he has shown no interest in. Bacilicious doesn't mind being home alone while his carers are at work so long as he has doggy friends to play with. He loves to curl up beside you when you're relaxing on the couch and be wherever you are. He will use his voice if he can't see you and doesn't have a canine companion for distraction.
Bacilicious has megaesophogus but this has not stopped him living his best life. He eats 2 - 3 large meals which are specially prepared to the right consistency. He gets fed whilst his carers are having breakfast and dinner. He stands in a Bailey chair (one will be provided) while eating and for 20 minutes after. You wouldn't know this pup has special needs, and if managed right it will not cause any inconvenience. We have discovered he needs a single story home though as going up and down multiple stairs makes him feel unwell. This will be discussed further upon application.

Medical notes
Bacilicious has megaesophagus. Megaesophagus is a disorder that causes puppies to develop an enlarged esophagus that fails to pass food into the stomach. Often, these puppies cough/vomit up their meals and don't gain weight at the usual pace. They are also a high risk for aspiration pneumonia and lung/chest infections. Bacilicious needs to always be fed in a Bailey chair (will come with him) and have his weight monitored regularly. Food needs to be soft/pureed and meals need to divvied up into 2-3 times a day. Please do your research on this condition. Bacilicious is otherwise a happy, cuddly pup and you wouldn't know he had a medical condition.
