Pepper

Hi! My name's Pepper. I'm your typical German Shepherd- I'm driven, smart and dedicated to my person. I have bonded quickly to the staff here and I'm a very friendly girl however I haven't had much socialisation so I can get a little boisterous, especially when meeting new people. I absolutely love food and will work for my treats! I have some basic training- I already know sit, drop and a few of the basics! My new owners should know that I haven't seen much of the outside world and I haven't been socialised with other dogs either, so I need ongoing rehabilitation to help me feel comfortable going for walks. At the moment, I can get scared and intimidated when I see other dogs on walks but the staff here have helped me feel safe and much more calm when I pass other dogs, but at this stage I need to go to a home with NO other dogs or cats.
