Hey there, I'm Ella! I'm a calm, happy girl who loves to make people smile. Folks here say I'm as gentle and sweet as they come, and could even be a great companion for a first-time dog owner!

I'm a big girl with an even bigger heart. I love getting some social time with my favourite people and other favourite dogs.

I just love a game of ball! I could easily fetch tennis balls back to you until the sun goes down. Not only that, I love having a squeaky ball. If the mood strikes me, the sounds of squeaks will fill the air as I amuse myself with one of my favourite squeaky toys.

My one wish though is that I can be allowed both inside as well as outside, so I can feel part of the family. Especially as we are getting into summery weather... it's hard for a pooch like me to keep cool!

Oh, and secure fencing is a must. I'm a big gal, so I'd appreciate a home where I'll feel safe and secure.

If you have older children, I'd love to meet them before coming home! And since I'm sociable, I'd be a great friend for another dog. After all, I just love making friends. :)
