Introducing Easy!
Easy has adapted very quickly to life with her foster family. Her best quality is her kind and gentle nature. She loves to sit and cuddle, and loves attention. She is welcoming to everyone and loves everyone at the park coming over and patting her. She has no issues with people and actively seeks out people to pat her. She is great with children - her foster family have an active 7 year old that tests Easy's patience but she is very patient with him. She just wants someone to sit and spend time with her. Watching TV, she will jump up knock your phone away and get you to pat or scratch her.
Easy was given a warm dog bed on her first day in foster care, and she knows that’s her place. She can always be found lying on it watching the world. Once inside, she takes herself to bed at night and stays there all night. As its been winter she has been inside all night and there have been no issues with going to the toilet inside.
She follows her doggie foster sibling around during the day and finds a place in the sun to rest. Easy is excited for car drives and once the car door is open she is in and sitting proudly between the front seats. She never makes a sound in the car, just watches the world as we drive. While we play, she lies in the shade of the car and watches but can be distracted by other dogs and can wander to other fences to say hi. On a lead she can pull a little, as she is excited for the new smells.
Out in the open, in a big area away from traffic, Easy loves to run free. She bounces around playing in the mud and loves the freedom. So a good walk a few times a week will be perfect.
Her foster family have started training with sit, shake and wait for food but she will need more recall training before she can go out without a lead. She is a smart dog if you have the time to spend training her.
Easy will come and tell you when it's dinner time. She eats separately from her doggie foster sibling but they will sit together for teats with no issue.
Her yard gives her a place to sit and watch nature, watching lizards in the bush. Easy is able to climb wire fences, so a 5-6ft timber or Colorbond fence would be best for her.
Easy would suit someone who wants company, a dog to be a companion to and to spend time playing and gentle walking. She loves people and kids, and loves meeting other dogs, but doesn’t need a lot of activity, just friendship. She is a beautiful dog.
