About Cletus
Cletus was abandoned by his previous owner, when he needed him the most. Our poor boy arrived in rescue with seriously overgrown front teeth, which prevented him from eating. One tooth was already growing through his cheek. He needed an operation to remove his incisors completely, this allows him to pick up food again with his gums, so he can chew them with his molars. Cletus is a trooper, and somehow throughout everything, he maintained his weight and has adapted to life without front teeth like a champ. Food needs to be in bite sized pieces, so Cletus can manage, but otherwise he is now pain free and happy.
Cletus knows we are here to help, and he has always come running to us in gratitude. This boy is so sweet and friendly, loves to be held, loves his pats. Cletus is a clean bunny, and will make a great free range, indoor bun. Given the lack of front teeth, he wont be able to chew any of your furniture, so makes the perfect house mate!
