About Fawn
đ§ââď¸ Fawn, Pixie and Finch are beautiful Ragdoll cross kittens who didnât have a great start to life.
Fawn has a grey spot on the top of his head.
They were living rough behind a shop, eating scraps, covered in fleas and fighting cat flu.
After a few weeks in care, some medication, countless baths and brushing, these beautiful siblings are white and bright again!
They can be a little nervous to begin with, as most cats are, but will show you their true personalities in no time!
They love toys and playing with each other, and enjoy pats and cuddles with their humans.
* Shellyâs Place Animal Rescue takes advice from vets as to the breed of cats and kittens in care.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until the date of adoption. The pet will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
