Miss Bella is small, but mighty!

Bella is only about knee high and we are unsure what breed she is crossed with.

Bella always has her nose down to the ground when on a walk, can run around for hours and not get tired and acts like she has springs for legs.

Bella absolutely LOVES water and playing with the hose! When staff are cleaning kennels in the morning, Bella uses this opportunity to pull the hose into her kennel so she can play. We are sure she thinks it’s quite amusing, but staff on the other hand aren’t so amused 🤣

Ranking just under her love for water, is her love for food. Bella is obsessed with food and is very focused when she sees it. As soon as you say sit, her little butt is straight down onto the ground so she can tuck into whatever food is on offer.

Type of household: Bella needs a very active owner who is just as energetic as she is. Breed experience is also preferable.

Other pets: Bella is a little pocket rocket and is always super eager to play and interact with other dogs. She is a bit over friendly at times, especially when she gets super excited. When excited Bella has shown some nipping behaviour towards another canines, therefore this is an area her new owner will need to monitor.

When Bella met some cats she was very calm with them. She was licking them through the door and showed no sings of being uncomfortable, however given Bella’s playful nature staff can’t be sure over time that Bella wouldn’t try and chase a cat to play with it.
