Meet Roger!

Don't let his size fool you, Roger (as he is affectionately known) is a larger than life cartoon goofball.

He loves nothing more than bouncing about in the paddocks or taking leisurely walks on mystery tours.

Roger will be the perfect sidekick to a family - on his own or with a female dog

Roger is such a sweetie, wanting nothing more than to please you. He is very affectionate and well behaved. His 55kg frame does get a little excited sometimes and he likes to spin in place when he is happy. He adores pats and cuddles and will lay there as long as there is a hand to stroke his beautiful coat and ears.

Roger plays well with most other dogs and has been fostered with 5 other dogs without issue. He has barked at the occassional dog when out and about but nothing outside of his need to be seen and heard. Roger has recently been desexed and this behaviour should calm itself down in time.

Roger is always there waiting when you return from work and loves spending time going on walks in the forest. Roger walks well on lead. He is a little excited and 'pully' at the start, since this is all new to him, but quickly settles down and walks very nicely.

He is crate trained and will put himself to bed at night if you tell him to go to bed (as long as there is a treat waiting for him as a bedtime snack :) )

Roger is house trained and very responsive to his name. He has excellent recall and loves to stick around his owner. Roger is playful and wants nothing more than a family to call his own.

Roger is has not been tested with cats, pocket pets or birds.
