About Freya
Meet affectionate Freya. This girl is exceptionally loving to anyone she meets. Give Freya a tennis ball, and she will play fetch all day. Her special talents include (but not limited to):
• Getting squeakers out of toys
• Doggy kisses (a lot!)
• Cuddling while containing excitement at the same time
Although she hasn’t lived with any other dogs, she gets on well with her own species. She’d likely do well with a steady, calm and tolerant older dog, who can help her feel secure and model camper behaviour but also play and keep her entertained. Possibly a well-socialised young adult male or compatible female that is tolerant of her excitement. Freya runs up to other dogs in the park to show her belly submissively. She’s a great candidate for a home with older kids who’re not overwhelmed by her excitement.
A typical day includes a long walk and trip to the dog park and spending time outside in the yard. Freya is an excellent sleepier through the night!
This friendly lady is working on her manners. She’s looking to join a family, including a kind and calm, experienced adopter who can continue to train her and provide stimulation, preferably in a low-traffic environment. She’d be happiest with no cats or pocket pets.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
