About Millie
I'm Magnificent Millie, a total smoocher with a heart of gold! I came into care after my foster people caught me and my sister while we were living at a regional rubbish tip. We were both covered in fleas and I had an eye infection, but the doctor says I'm now all better! I've received all my vaccinations, microchip, and have been desexed (I also tested negative for FIV/FeLV!). They say that yesterday is history and tomorrow's a mystery – but my greatest hope is that the mystery includes a family I can cuddle!
As you might have guessed, I looooooove to show people my affection. I will always choose to snuggle with you and smooch against you while I purr away happily. In fact, I'll even choose cuddles over food and I REALLY love my food. Belly rubs are the key to my heart though! It's not just humans that I adore – I really like other cats and always try to befriend them! If you've got room in your heart and home for two, I would love to stay with my beautiful sister Mila (https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/934456). We share a really special bond and we're a lot alike!
I've learned how to use the litter tray wonderfully, so life as an inside kitty will suit me perfectly! I also like to play with cat toys, take turns with my sister playing chasey, and jump to the highest part of the cat scratcher to have a good look around. There's nothing better than a healthy balance of play time and cuddles, though time with you will always win. 😍
I really am a friendly little tiger and I can't wait to snuggle, so please come meet me!
Cuddles,
Millie xo
Adoption Fee (Millie): $200
Bonded Pair (Mila and Millie): $300
Not sure whether you can handle two fur babies? Contact us about a trial adoption through our Foster to Adopt program!
What is Foster to Adopt? After becoming a pre-approved adopter you will take the kitties home for up to a month at no cost. SCA will provide the food, litter and vet care. During the month you will see how special these girls are 💚 And if things don’t work out, simply return the kitties back to our care.
Medical notes
I tested negative for FIV/FeLV and I am now an inside only cat. I should be kept inside or in an enclosure to keep me (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.
I came to SCA with an eye infection. My vet gave me some antibiotics and drops and my eyes cleared up beautifully. My left eye is still a little weepy at times, but the vet has checked me again and says this is ok... and it doesn't seem to bother me at all!
