I came into the care of Lort Smith after being transferred from another shelter.

I am very lively young adult with a personality that is more kitten-like than adult. I absolutely LOVE to run around chasing various toys especially those that bounce and move wildly. I pounce on, and bat all the toys I could ever dream of! However, when it comes to people and relaxing time, I am very smoochy and want nothing more than a good pat and to lounge in the sun.

During my stay at the other shelter the vets detected that I have FIV. what is this you ask? Well, FIV is Feline immunodeficiency virus and even though I am positive, this does not affect my quality of life. The Adoption Centre staff would be more than happy to discuss this in more detail.

Due to my FIV status, I am looking for a home where I can be pampered and an indoor only cat. Access to an outdoor area that is enclosed would also be a bonus. As my history in previous homes is unknown and I am FIV positive, it is best that I go to a home with no other animals. I love getting all the attention to myself anyway, so this doesn’t bother me in the slightest!
